Calibra Money provides a platform for converting fiat currency to USDT (Tether), a stablecoin cryptocurrency. Our Services include:

  1. Fiat-to-USDT conversion;
  2. Card and bank transfer funding options;
  3. USDT transfer to external or custody wallets.

4. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must register for an account and complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You agree to:

  1. Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
  2. Maintain and update your information as necessary;
  3. Keep your account credentials confidential;
  4. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account;
  5. Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

5. Verification and Policy Adherence

We are required to verify the identity of our clients and adhere to anti-money laundering policies. You agree to:

  1. Provide requested identification documents;
  2. Undergo verification procedures as required;
  3. Provide additional information or documentation upon request;
  4. Accept that we may refuse or terminate services if verification is not satisfactorily completed.

6. Fees and Payments

  1. Our fees are displayed before you confirm any transaction;
  2. Fees may include conversion fees and blockchain network fees;
  3. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated;
  4. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with notice.

7. Transaction Processing

  1. Transactions are processed after funds are received and cleared;
  2. Processing times may vary based on funding method and other factors;
  3. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties, blockchain networks, or circumstances beyond our control;
  4. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our Services for:

  1. Any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws;
  2. Money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes;
  3. Fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive practices;
  4. Circumventing our verification or policy procedures;

  3. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim;
  4. We are not responsible for losses resulting from blockchain network issues, wallet errors, or incorrect wallet addresses.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CalibraMoney, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  1. Your use of our Services;
  2. Your violation of these Terms;
  3. Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
  4. Your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

  1. You may close your account at any time by contacting us;
  2. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion;
  3. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any pending transactions and obligations.

13. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
